Travis L. Sines
                   Attorney and Counselor at Law
Travis Sines is admitted to practice in Washington.  He holds a juris doctor
degree (1998) from the University of Washington School of Law and a bachelor
of arts degree in economics, summa cum laude, (1995) from Whitworth College
(now Whitworth University).

Mr. Sines began his legal career in the business department of a large regional
law firm in the Pacific Northwest.  There Sines developed an understanding of
the varied and numerous issues business owners and managers navigate daily.  
Now in his own practice, Sines offers general business counsel to companies of
various size and shape.  From small sole proprietorships to large publicly traded
corporations, Sines counsels business persons regarding all aspects of
business life.

Mr. Sines also has represented and counseled persons holding and seeking
public office including serving the late Honorable Jennifer Dunn, Member of
Congress (8th Dist. Wash.,
Committee on Ways and Means and vice chair of
Select Committee on Homeland Security), as district director, chief counsel,
and acting chief of staff; backing the late Honorable Norm Maleng, King County
Prosecutor, as a member of his 2006 Campaign Committee; advising the
Honorable Dino Rossi, Washington State Senator, as a member of the
Republican legal team in the 2004 Washington Gubernatorial Contest; and
chairing the 2000 Spokane County Campaign Committee for the Honorable
Slade Gorton, United States Senator.

Mr. Sines is a former trustee of the Washington Law School Foundation
(2001-2009) and a former member of the Dean's Advisory Board (1998-2009)
both at the University of Washington School of Law.  He is past vice chair of the
Washington State Equal Justice Coalition and was a charter member of the
Systems Impediments to Access to Justice Committee of the Washington State
Bar Association.  While in law school, Mr. Sines served the Honorable Cynthia
Imbrogno, United States Magistrate Judge (E. Dist. of Wash.), as a legal extern.
